Because of the complexity of scheduling the LaStone Therapy training workshops and the predominance of the hands-on portion of the workshop itself, it is necessary to have an even number of participants in any workshop. Late cancellations create extraordinary problems and thus Body and Soul must adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Please PRINT this page, sign it, and mail to Body and Soul along with your deposit and your completed registration form. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Your deposit is nonrefundable ($287.50) and applicable toward future workshops for a period of one year.
  
• If you cancel at least one month prior to the workshop date, 50% ($144.00) of the balance will be refunded.
  
• If you cancel two weeks prior to the workshop date, 25% ($72.00) of the balance will be refunded.
  
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date, there will be no refund.
